Bart is INDUS' ultimate "delivery and operations leader." As a former Marine and multi-tasker, Bart brings his tenacity, discipline, and focus to everything he leads. He has been with INDUS for over 15 years, managing contracts for 12 different federal agencies and leading a workforce of more than 500 employees and 150 integrated subcontractor staff. Bart currently leads INDUS' corporate operations teams to include internal INDUS IT services, Contracts, and GWAC & Proposal Center services, providing focused support for corporate growth and efficient contract service operations.
Prior to joining INDUS in 1997, Bart served as a program manager and director for Dyncorp, Information and Engineering Technology (I&ET). There, he was responsible for information technology service programs for agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Health and Human Services.
In addition to more than 30 years of software engineering and program management experience, Bart served two tours of active duty with the United States Marine Corps. In fact, he began his IT career during his second tour in 1981. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
Bart is married, and has two sons. In his free time, he is an avid home improvement buff, and enjoys quizzing his grandson (or being quizzed by his grandson, as is more often the case).
