INDUS’s Personnel were recently recognized for their outstanding performance on a recent cyber readiness Inspection, contributing to an “Excellent” performance rating for our customer. Team members of INDUS’s Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC) Integration Information Management System (IIMS) Support contract participated in a yearly Command and Control Readiness Inspection (CCRI) conducted by U.S. Cyber Command. This inspection is meant to test and ensure Department of Defense (DoD) networks are in compliance with the many required security policies.
The following individuals were commended for their performance and expertise by the JSSC Command Staff: Jorge Centeno (Sr. Systems Administrator), Shea Dixon (Sr. Information Assurance (IA) Security Specialist), Edgar Ramirez (Voice/Data Communications Engineer), Orlando Santiago (IA Security Specialist), and Clarence Smith (Project Manager and Systems Administrator).
CCRI's are serious business and not taken lightly. When an inspector conducts a vulnerability test, a subject matter expert from each network area will sit with the inspector to comb through evaluation findings to ensure all security requirements are in accordance with the DOD Security guidelines. The inspectors spent 5 days on site performing this task.
Our Team consistently demonstrates that INDUS professionals are committed, experienced, and truly care about the critical mission they assist: supporting the War Fighter. Kudos to those commended as well as everyone supporting the IIMS contract day-in and day-out; your dedication and duty are truly an asset to INDUS and demonstrate our goal of providing the best technology professionals, dedicated to our clients.
